Elizabeth believes that meaningful change begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. Through authenticity, empathy, humor and a collaborative approach, she works to build trust and connection from the very beginning. She helps clients feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions, life experiences, and personal goals at their own pace.

As a bilingual therapist, Elizabeth provides services in both English and Spanish to children, adolescents, and adults. This allows her to connect with clients in the language that feels most natural and comfortable to them. She particularly enjoys working with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. She is also passionate about supporting first-generation individuals as they navigate the unique challenges of balancing cultural expectations, family dynamics, identity, and personal growth.

Her approach is client-centered, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. Her approach is tailored to each client's unique needs, blending clinical expertise with creativity and genuine human connection.

In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys attending concerts, thrifting, watching her favorite shows, traveling, and trying new coffee spots!
