Angie brings transparency, humor, and optimism to the therapy room. Clients can expect to feel welcomed and validated, while also being gently challenged to grow. Angie approaches individual and relationship wellness through a head–heart–body framework, drawing from various therapeutic approaches depending on each client’s needs.

Angie specializes in relationship-focused work with couples and partners, helping them rebuild trust after infidelity, navigate communication challenges, or explore nonmonogamy in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. She also works individually with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions, with particular attention to neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA2S+-affirming care.

With extensive experience working with children and teens as well, Angie creates a warm, engaging environment that helps younger clients feel comfortable quickly, so meaningful progress can begin early and continue as they grow.

Angie’s approach integrates Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Relational Cultural Therapy (RCT), Mind–Body Therapy, and Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT), tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual, couple, or child.

Angie earned a BA in Psychology from Colorado Christian University and an MA in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

In her personal life, Angie enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, creating music playlists, and practicing yoga. They also love decorating and organizing their home.
